Join us as a Partner Account Manager for Cloud Service Providers (CSP) on our Channel Sales team in Spain to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve As a Partner Account Manager for Cloud Service Provider, you will manage existing and acquire new “as a service” channel partners, working to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities. You will: - Drive business with a wide range of channel CSP accounts and partners, selling into the partners and jointly selling with them to their customers. - Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel CSP partners and distributors up to the CxO-Level, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions - Fully understand how our business model relates to leveraging our products and services, being the main point of contact - Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate - Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements - Strong experience working with the Channel or in a relationship-selling role, with background on out-sourcing IT services. Knowledge of how partners productizing their services and how the Dell Tech Value prop and portfolio map to this picture - Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, leadership and to support other team members as well as Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to manage virtual sales teams - Broad understanding of Service provider business in country and globally. Good understanding of Datacenter business and capability to lead and manage Datacenter related conversations - Skilled in building and driving successful Partnerships by consulting and selling into the partner and jointly selling to the market, internally and externally - Financial acumen and capability to discuss financial models and "as a service" business approaches - Very high English level Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
