We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to help expand our business throughout Spain. You will need to be either native or fluent in at least English and Spanish with other languages a bonus.

JobFinder Spain (JFS) has been operating for over 5 years and is now one of the leading Recruitment Companies in the south of Spain.

JFS is part of the Right Direction Business Group SL (RDBG) and works alongside sister brands Mint Spain (Marketing and Advertising) and Right Direction (Business Development and Consultancy).

This puts the group in the unique position of being able to offer a wide range of Business Services across group company clients as well as providing the potential for cross-selling relevant business services.

The company is now looking for a new Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE) to help grow the client base of the company. As such the BDE should have high level and proven sales skills in being able to generate new clients via both telephone and face to face sales.

The BDE will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales history gained within a professional B2B/B2C business environment and be primarily responsible in conjunction with the overall business strategy as set by the Directors, for researching and identifying new clients, making initial contact over the phone, qualifying clients, attending client meetings and closing new business. It is envisaged that initially new client meetings may be via online platforms.

The BDE will be:

- Capable and confident in researching and identifying new prospects
- Competent in making initial client contact and building ongoing business relationships
- Able to effectively present the RDBG / Mint / JFS value proposition to prospects and clients
- Responsible for providing input into all sales and marketing media used for these purposes.
- A business professional who values and displays loyalty, honesty and integrity at all times,
- Able to gain the confidence and trust of both clients and colleagues alike, whilst working with and representing the Group
- The BDE will be legally able to work in Spain with the use of their own car and valid driving license

Must be located on Costa del Sol

The BDE will help to provide input on marketing activities to develop the brand via media and marketing channels, SEO, Social Media and both Outbound and Inbound Marketing processes.

The BDE must be able to speak, read and write to a professional working level in at least English and Spanish with other languages useful.
