8+ years of related experience in any of: Prospecting/Campaign Management/Demand Generation/Central Sales, Product marketing or Channel marketing, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once. Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible. Writing skills appropriate for demand generation. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. Experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals.

This SSI Manager is Startup segment aligned and has a priority focus on Scale (self-service, automation, tooling), Velocity (pipeline progression, handover and management), New Customer Acquisition (Greenfield, Migrations).
SSI Managers are helping CSC teams/individuals perform better in specific matters, while operating based on an “In&Out” model: develop, test, integrate as BAU; Once integration has been achieved, SSI Managers handover ownership and move on to their next project.
Key job responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
SSI is a single-threaded owner responsible for the execution and delivery of “CSC Business Critical” project portfolio.
Project Ideation
- Facilitate Initiative Optimization Framework and Shark Tank Ideation outcomes
- Contribute to CSC annual strategy formation process (OP1, OP2 in particular)
Execution
- Translate strategy to actionable work plans, including the definition of workstreams, milestones, targets, deliverables and timeline - from idea to execution
- Embed selected projects from plan to BAU
- Anticipate and allocate resources needed for successful execution
- Drive adoption of desired practices and tools; Set mechanisms in place to ensure long lasting implementation
- Inspect progress and performance of project portfolio against defined targets
Orchestration
- Identify key stakeholders and contributors, orchestrate workstreams and collaboration
- Integrate and connect different CSC teams, workstreams and additional stakeholders (Enablement, HR, Recruitment, SSOE, SA)
