Job summary
Cloud Sales Center EMEA team is seeking a driven, talented and experienced Business Manager to lead the foundation of our flywheel: driving the optimization of CSC EMEA business through automation (i.e. tooling) and innovation. You would be expected to work cross functionally to help this organization successfully land and execute against these strategic priorities. If you have a builder mindset and are passionate about cloud, this role provides the opportunity to introduce the most relevant and strategic solutions to better serve our customers.
You will be responsible to provide productivity recommendations while driving adoption and optimization of the automation strategy, supporting the continued scale and growth of Cloud Sales Center in EMEA. Also, you will be a key contributor to AWS WW Sales automation and productivity roadmap. You will spend time with sellers and customers to identify opportunities for system and process optimization to meet the growth trajectory of the business. Your role will contribute to sellers spending more time with our customers, reducing the time invested in manual tasks. This is a manager role, with Operational Excellence Leads reporting into it. You will have strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing expertise and a deep analytic background. You will work with several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS EMEA organization, such as Sales Operations, Revenue Operations,, Marketing, and the Partner team. You must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across different geographies.
Role can be based in London, Munich or Madrid.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Align with Sales teams, Operations, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations teams to determine requirements and drive technology and integration roadmaps.
- Partner with CSC leadership team to develop a technology strategy to align and support growth strategy.
- Communicate existing and future capabilities and partner with Field Productivity and Readiness teams to enable Cloud Sales Centers teams.
