We are looking for leadership talent who want to help shape this exciting time for Startups in a brand new function built from scratch. AWS is building out a central sales function to drive growth across disruptive Startups. In this role, the team you build will be aligned to a set of Startup prospects/customers and will work closely with the Area and segment leadership teams to build a plan to execute on the Area, segment and account priorities.

As a manager for the Startup Central Sales team you will build a high impact and diverse team of Central Sales Representatives who are responsible for teaming with specialist and technical functions to deploy startup specific account management/acquisition tactics. You will manage career growth and development of the team, coach the team on performance, sales plan and strategy. Your team will help to grow the consumption of current and new AWS services across prospects/customers in the Startup space.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Domain experience with the startup eco-system
- Experience building new teams/products/functions
