We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven **Head of Sales / VP of Sales** to lead and scale our commercial efforts across global markets. You’ll define and execute a winning sales strategy, build high-performing processes and teams, and directly impact our growth trajectory.

**Key tasks**:

- Develop and implement a scalable commercial strategy aligned with company goals to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Drive client acquisition through outbound and inbound channels: networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and optimize customer acquisition processes across the funnel.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identify growth opportunities and develop go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead, inspire, and scale the sales team: set clear goals, track performance, and drive team development.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Implement a data-driven sales culture, leveraging analytics and automation to improve processes and results.

**Your background**:

- 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles, including 3+ years in leadership within SaaS or tech product companies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset: you rely on data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
- Experience setting up and monitoring KPIs for sales teams.
- Leadership experience: you know how to set direction, motivate teams, and deliver results.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
