Who we are looking for

You are an experienced individual with confirmed account management background. You use your people skills to operate at cross functional level with internal and external partners. Someone who will drive and implement our strategy.

what you will work on?

You will be the main contact of Sprinter (JD Group) for a given category or gender.
- Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to improve results.
- Contribute to the net revenue growth and net contribution of your accounts by planning and handling the end to end business.

Who you will work with

You will have daily interaction with your partner Sprinter (JD Group) and Operations teams. Seasonally / monthly you will need to collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Brand teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided. You are part of a team that report directly into the EMEA Partner Director.

what you bring
- Extensive Commercial experience with a strong strategic partner/account acquired in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Merchandising or Finance
- Consistent track record of building cross gender assortments with multiple seasons experience
- Strategic vision: You have created and implemented a strategy for a category you led
- Lead business decisions using analytical and commercial eye
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas efficiently
- Relationship builder & influencing skills
- Ability to Travel
- Spanish & English are a must
