Your Role and Mission As a Key Account Manager, your primary mission will be to manage and expand relationships with our client's accounts focused on offering our services portfolio. You will serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, crafting tailored strategies to meet their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role is crucial in driving sales growth and maintaining the high quality of customer service that defines our client's brand. Your target role in your clients will be the CHRO. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with company objectives and customer needs focused on a consultancy offering. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent and effective communication. Collaborate with other departments such as product and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within the service portfolio. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend service innovations and improvements. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor and report on the performance of every account, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the consulting industry selling B2B services to different companies of a variety of sectors. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
