Operations Project Manager

The Project Manager should have excellent people management skills and strong organizational skills.
Your job will be to support the Operations team in the lifecycle of Ria’s operations and network projects.
For doing it so, you will have to work along with other functional areas worldwide such as I.T., Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish, including:
- Creating and maintaining the project plan.
- Clarifying business needs and translating them into concise and effective user stories.
- Identifying and resolving risks.
- Communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Overseeing the delivery of a high quality, successful, and on-time product launch.
- Report on project status, risks and outcomes. Revise the scope or schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met. Escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage all project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Work with Project Managers across the different departments in Ria to establish cross functional project plans
- Serve as the expert for internal and operational processes required to plan, setup, configure, perform UAT, and launch iterations of our product throughout the life of the project.
- Demonstrate passion to continually improve our processes and make our teams as successful as possible.
- Help to coordinate cross-product initiatives.
- Help to maintain product documentation.
- At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
- It’s a plus if you’ve worked in the financial industry or on digital initiatives.
- Fluent in English
