**Job Summary**: You will support to FB Manager for the operation and management of the hotel's bars and restaurants, working to meet all standards, maximize sales and ensure that the client's stay exceeds their expectations. Additionally, you must also participate in the management of personnel, as well as in their training and development, ensuring at all times that, there is a good working environment.
**What will I be doing?**
- Manage and control the profit and loss accounts of the different outlets of the establishment, as well as the implementation of the necessary action plans to correct deviations.
- Ensure compliance with the quality standards and objectives set by the company in each outlet.
- Ensure compliance with the HACCP quality programme, as well as the standards and operating procedures.
- Provide support in the preparation and organisation of the different events in coordination with the commercial area.
- To carry out the control of purchase orders and stock at each outlet.
- Sizing the optimal staff of the catering area for each outlet, according to the requirements (schedules, holidays, shifts...).
- Functional coordination of the managers of each area.
- Maintain harmony and a good working environment in the Food and Beverage area.
- To ensure the retention of talent and the professional development of the work team.
**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position is required.
- Diploma in Tourism or similar. Postgraduate studies or master's degree in A&B Management will be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, a third language will be an asset.
- Orientation to results and to the economic objectives set by the company.
- Experience in team management, leadership, customer orientation, as well as planning and organisational skills.
