**The Role**

We are seeking an **EComm Factory Production Operations Manager**with proven expertise in content at scale, e-commerce, online marketplaces and creative content production to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in the creation, localization, and transcreation of digital assets at the speed of retail and scale for a global client. This role blends strategic project management with strong team leadership, ensuring brand consistency, cultural relevance, and top-tier production quality across multiple European markets.

You will be the central point of coordination for internal (onshore, nearshore and offshore) creative production teams, guiding & motivating them from concept to delivery, and fostering a collaborative, operationally streamlined environment that drives both efficiency and creative excellence.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams — including designers and producers, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the creation, localization, and transcreation of digital assets including Product Detail Pages (PDPs), newsletters, social media content, e-retail and other e-commerce materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (design, project management, transcreation and syndication) to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and commercial objectives are met.
- Foster a positive and results-driven team culture, encouraging problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Anticipate content needs, create detailed production calendars, and manage timelines for pre-production, shooting, and post-production stages.
- Identify and address resource gaps to optimize workflows, and ensure each team member’s strengths are effectively utilized.

**What Will Make You Successful**
- Education in Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Production or related fields.
- 7-9 years of experience in digital production, art direction, or content management. Ideally in e-commerce for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Proven experience in content factory or content at scale.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency.
- Strong experience managing hybrid teams (nearshore + offshore) across multiple production disciplines.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce visual standards (composition, lighting, framing, typography, visual rhythm) and formats (Eventing, PDPs, gifting, multi-brand promotions).
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Teams, MIRO, Slack, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A collaborative leadership style, coupled with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A proactive, optimistic mindset, ready to inspire teams and push creative boundaries.
