**What You´ll Do**
- Assemble and lead a production team of up to 50 employees.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, maximizing productivity.
- Develop and implement lean and continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency in production processes.
- Manage day-to-day production operations to ensure timely and quality output.
- Develop and monitor production schedules.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary components without overstocking.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
- Create detailed technological process maps.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including military, security, environmental, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.
- Plan and execute the production line setup within the stipulated time frame.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., R&D, procurement) to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle budget management and resource allocation.

**Requirements**:
**What You´ll Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, specifically in aeronautical assemblies, metal fabrication, or machinery manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams of up to 50 people.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems).
- English and Spanish proficiency.
