**About the Team**

The Production Centre is a hub of delivery excellence based in Madrid, formed by a multicultural team of production experts which delivers marketing assets across Europe (EMEA). In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business’s growth driving efficiencies & performance.

**Purpose of the role**
- **Vision**: The Production Manager manages the production of Creative Production projects, to ensure the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide’s clients.
- **Mission**: To activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through clients delivering both the best quality and price for our clients´ needs.

The Production Manager (CProd) oversees the production of creative assets (POS, digital media, print media) across various clients in a highly paced environment, from quoting to delivery, according to the defined processes and KPIs, so our service reputation remains as best-in-class in the industry. Also, Maintain active and effective client/studio relationships to allow a robust production execution even if managed remotely.

Therefore, the PM will manage a range of production projects, which includes the following tasks:

- Ensure the art working briefings received from the clients are clear in terms of requirements and technical information, before being forwarded to our studio teams for production.
- Advise the client from a technical/creative point of view on their requirements, providing day-to-day support.
- Keep all projects under tight control by proactively checking the studio’s progress and correctly managing the prioritisation of the tasks.
- Check the artwork before they reach the client to verify that the brief matches the result.
- Follow up of the projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
- Closing the projects in the systems once the client has received the final files.
- Give trainings to clients on Artlab/Briefings.
- Offer an efficient and quality service at all times.
- Ensure that we receive the POs so that we can submit projects for invoicing.
- Collaboration with our studios to ensure the best service standards.
- Support in information processes and Reporting.
- Monitoring of internal initiatives.

**Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure**
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in roles related to creative production is required.
- Experience in POS, digital media, print media production is required (position not focused on producers/audiovisuals).
- Industry related education and qualification is required.
- You have medium/High knowledge level of the Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc, to be able to review the files from clients and make sure the Studio can work with them.
- You have an overview of the precise information that a creative production brief should contain, so that you know what questions to ask the client in case of missing informat
