We are looking for a **bilingual French Customer Service Specialist** to join our multicultural team with more than 54 different nationalities.

**What to expect**
- Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
- Call new doctors to invite them to participate in our research and expand our panel of healthcare professionals.
- Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve the maximum rate of return.
- Proactively alert the manager to any issues or deviations from standard procedures.
- French bilingual proficiency is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
- Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasional translations of text passages.
