Procurement Responsible Third Party Manufacturing

**Your Role**

Grant the availability on time and on product in the concerned European Warehouses for all finished products, wet and snacks, which are manufactured by different co-packers.

**What you will do**
- Based on frame agreements with co-manufacturers follow up stock level and sales forecast and activate the corresponding orders to assure the proper service level in the different markets where we operate. Mainly Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
- Do weekly reviews of Production Orders issued and sent to different co-packers taking into account stock levels in warehouses, sales forecast and frame agreements.
- Follow up delivery dates and manage any logístical incidence related with 3PM deliveries.
- Manage logístical implications of the quality incidences that may appear upon goods reception.
- Follow up sales evolution to ensure the forecast, and help 3PM Buyer to identify new needs and deviations.
- Ensure the changes needed to be done by the co-packers because of relaunches, reprints and transitions. Ensure full alignment concerning promotional activities.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 years of experience regarding Procurement planning / logistics / international trade.
- English knowledge is a must.
- University Degree.
- SAP knowledge.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Methodic and systematic.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- Good reaction time in case of emergencies.
- Problem solving skills.
- Relational and communication skills.
- Learning capacity.
