Sr Assessor, Global Third Party Risk Mgmt

**Role objective**:
**Responsibilities**

**Key **Duties/Tasks**
- Conduct third party risk assessments / audits (including IT & Security, business process and governance) to validate compliance of ADP partners with business policies and controls
- Identify and report potential areas of improvement, and provide practical recommendations to our partners to enhance the internal control environment and areas to improve their efficiency
- Prepare, organize, and archive all reviews and assessment work papers following industry standards
- Review policies, guidelines, and procedure documents to determine compliance and management controls
- Interview process owners, vendors, and consultants to assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT, business process controls, and management oversight while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with IT and Business Departments' personnel**Performance Measures**:

- Responsible for establishing assessment guidelines according to industry and organizational standards
- Responsible for assessing all ADP network of partners
- Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of remediation plans
- Responsible for maintaining a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and best practices that could help our partners

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**
- Senior professional with 3 to 5 years working experience, and at least 2 as auditor
- Proficient in the audit techniques of business process reviews and information systems.
- Possess an extensive technical breadth through experience in the IT industry. This breadth should be in areas of IT and Security
- A major task of the Third-Party Risk Assessor is to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders, including those who do not have a technical background. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are also required
- Analysis of key trends, giving the IT organization the capability to lead the enterprise, not just responds to requests
- International exposure**Skills**:

- High Level of organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Perfect communications skills facing user groups
- Ability to interact with individuals at multiple levels of an organization
- Strong skills in managing international teams
- International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment
- Open minded
- Professional able to effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty, not upset when things are up in the air
- Maintains a positive attitude in difficult situations

**Education**
- University degree or equivalent in education or experience
- A CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP certification is a plus
- Proficient in at least English language. Additional languages are pluses
