**What You’ll Do**
As a Partner Account Manager (PAM) in the Cisco EMEAR SPaaCH organisation, you will build credibility and trust to inspire investments in Cisco-centric practices with one of our largest SP Partners, Telefonica.
The PAM will be responsible for adapting and executing the Cisco’s Security strategy to the Telefonica requirements and to accelerate service creation and adoption of the technology/service. Work with product marketing teams, engineering teams, operations teams, etc. in Telefonica to develop Cloud and Managed security services and later with sales and presales teams, marketing, etc., to accelerate its sales and adoption. Additionally, remove barriers and reduce friction with our partner and provide the best in class experience.
- Define and implement strategic go to market and new products insertion plan, delivering measurable results.
- Work cross-functionally inside Cisco and inside Telefonica to address operational and commercial processes to remove friction
- Establish relationships with strategic stakeholders in Telefonica to define joint business development plans with Telefonica per Telefonica Managed Service platform.
- Act as the bridge between Cisco and Telefonica account teams to support channel opportunities and demonstrate how Cisco can provide value and profitability in customer opportunities.
- Explore opportunities to expand Cisco footprint, add new business and value; innovate and improve processes
You will have a variety of objectives and responsibilities to develop Cisco's Go To Market capabilities, including the following
- Lead business proposals, especially for managed services with main focus in Security though with cross architecture scope solutioning, detailed scoping, service level definition and coordination with delivery members. Lead commercial scheme building, including quoting and SOW building with defined service scope and service level
- Build customer’s executive level relationships, understand the business priorities, and position the best Cisco service solutions to solve business challenges
- With holistic understanding of service providers system architecture, work with cross-functional groups (sales, product management, delivery, operations, marketing) to develop managed services and channel strategy, lead opportunity creation, and support presales/sales activities for channel opportunities.
- A further area of focus is to drive strategic alignment between Telefonica and Cisco’s direct sales teams to maximise our collective success. This will require working with Cisco Regional Sales Leadership to develop, communicate and execute regional go-to-market plans.
- Understanding of SaaS selling motion and lifecycle
**Who You Are**
- You have more than 12 years of experience in business development/strategy/consulting, with an understanding of sales, with at least 10 solid years in the technology industry
- You are skilled at building presentation materials, proposals, case studies as well as at presenting towards external clients
- You are proficient in Service Provider, Security and IT architecture (service providers platforms, security, virtualization, security, cloud services, etc)
- You are an active learner and a good communicator
- You have strong performance as an individual contributor and are able to make a positive impact in a team environment
- You are ideally tuned in with Cisco’s product offering
- Fluent in Spanish and English
