**Job Description Summary**: As part of the Southern Europe HR team, you will support the Senior Leaders of a specific client group, by leading and managing the HR agenda, to further enable the long-term business strategy. You will also lead, coordinate and execute key HR initiatives, aimed to improve culture, people engagement and business performance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Act as a strategic partner for People Leaders and Business Leaders on HR topics, connecting them to the wider business strategy
- Provide dedicated guidance and coach to People Leaders and employees with specific focus on: talent acquisition, training, employee relations management, salary planning and rewarding strategies, performance management, career development, talent management, assessment and retention, inclusion and diversity and people engagement.
- Partner with EMEA HR Business Partners to execute business-specific HR strategies and projects and work with other HR teams at EMEA level (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations) to build a local HR strategy
- Manage Union Relationships
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years as HR professional
- Passionate about business
- Solid expertise across HR specialty areas (recruiting, HR analytics, rewarding, talent management, performance management, etc).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)
- Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Knowledge of Italian labor laws and government requirements

- Has some experience in managing union relations

- Strong problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
