  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that build a positive, inclusive, and energised workplace culture.
  • HR Systems Reporting & Analysis: Leverage tools such as Workday to maintain accurate data and provide workforce reporting (e.g., turnover, headcount, hiring metrics) to business leaders. Support administrative processes including leaves, benefits coordination, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee relations matters and investigations by gathering facts, assessing risk, and escalating appropriately. Offer sound HR guidance in partnership with Legal and HR leadership.
  • Policy & Compliance: Align local HR practices with Spanish labour law and group-wide standards. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Assist with the communication and rollout of HR policies and regulatory updates across supported teams.
  • Pay & Reward: Support annual pay reviews and help shape fair and motivating reward structures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other HR colleagues across Cultura and Volaris
