Serve as local go-to person for employees and managers and manage the HR domain in the country level, while working closely with local and global managers, in light of the business perspectives and needs.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business and corporate leaders to identify business priorities and build the HR plan to support the business growth.
- Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to provide professional and “high touched” HR support and advisory.
- Lead local recruitment efforts: initiate employer branding activities, develop talent acquisition strategies to create strong supply channels for hiring needs.
- Manage and implement core HR programs & initiatives (such as: employee development, on-boarding, performance mgmt., welfare, compensation, legal compliance, internal communication, talent management, etc).
- Promote inclusion in the workplace and strengthen our position as an equal opportunity employer
- Develop HR policies and plans (Equity Plan, Health and Safety, tracking working hours, ) and execute them
- Liaise with department heads and employees to support the continued performance of the business, ensuring priorities are met and local policies are addressed, working very closely with Delivery Manager in ensuring the best organization of delivery staff
- Work very closely with HR Global team, collaborating on HR global processes, customize to local needs and manage locally Manage the groups’ Post Merger Integration from the HR point of view.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Previous experience as Human Resources manager, preferably as leading function of local subsidiary as part of a global corporate.
- Degree and/or Master in behavioural science, human resources..
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Experience working with global teams in a multi-cultural environment, in the high-tech industry.
- Deep understanding of Spanish labor law to ensure legal compliance, leading labor relations area and manage the different situations with employees.
- Experience in implementing organizational changes and handling change management processes
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (C1 at least in English)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality which means high degree of initiative and responsibility
- Solution oriented
