**FUNCTIONS**: Misión del puesto: Definir, junto con el Director de Ventas, la estrategia comercial de la region, realizando el seguimiento de la misma y activando las palancas necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y la máxima satisfacción de los clientes. Funciones/Responsabilidades: Coordinación del equipo de Área Managers a cargo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y la alineación en procedimientos, políticas y protocolo comercial de la empresa. Analizar los ratios e indicadores y su evolución, de cara a implementar acciones correctoras que soporten el negocio y garanticen la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Garantizar la puesta en marcha en la región de todas las acciones de marketing que Amplifon implemente en tienda para asegurar el tráfico en la misma. Desarrollo del equipo a cargo, proporcionándole feedback constante. Identificación del Talento en su región, promoviendo su evolución para establecer los planes de sucesión pertinentes. Comunicación constante con el resto de Regional Managers, el Director de Ventas y demás áreas de la empresa, para recoger e implantar best practices y conseguir así mantener el liderazgo en el sector estando a la cabeza en innovación y desarrollo de iniciativas. Competencias: - Visión estratégica - Orientación al logro - Orientación a cliente - Capacidad analítica - Desarrollo de personas - Gestión del Cambio Formación y experiência requerida: - Licenciatura / Grado en ADE, Economía o similar (Valorable) - Nível de inglés intermedio / alto - Experiência de al menos 4/5 años en un puesto similar y en un entorno multinacional.
