Innovative Italian Company leader worldwide in the design and implementation of complex technological systems in the Metering field commissioned us to research the **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER LATAM / SPAIN / PORTUGAL MARKETS**.
The role will report direclty to the Commercial Director and will be in charge of **sales’ growth and development of the Latam, Spain and Portugal Markets.**
Main tasks:
- identifying and developing the business and company expansion into the markets mentioned
- analyzing the local market situation, the reference market and current customers in order to develop and improve business opportunities
- cooperating in close contact with Company’s Marketing and Technical Team for discussion, support and training
- being always present at the sector’s events, building relationships with the decision-makers of potential customer companies
- managing existing key customers by following and possibly anticipating their new needs
- drawing up and discuss reports, offers, budgets
- executing strategic business roadmaps in order to achieve company’s growth targets
It is also required a **sound experience in international sales** both through **public tenders** and **private contracts**.
Additionally, the role requests are to **speak fluently English** and **Spanish (or Portuguese) **to have several soft skills such as commercial propensity, excellent communication skills, predisposition to initiative and leadership.
