Our Strategy team at Glovo is a small, high-performing team with a diverse range of backgrounds such as ex-consultants, data specialists, and even entrepreneurs. We are looking for someone passionate about strategy and planning, eager to work with top management to help translate our company strategy into concrete objectives and plans. This is a highly challenging and influential role, which will give you a 360º understanding of Glovo and the chance to impact all the areas of the company.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Lead the strategic planning process in Glovo:

- Support the executive team in defining company objectives, effectively helping the team understand competing priorities and make the right decisions
- Ensure company objectives are successfully cascaded across the different departments, helping identify dependencies and driving alignment
- Understand and challenge targets proposed by the different teams
- Work with the Finance team to ensure alignment between the company objectives and the business plan
- Drive analyses to understand how we're splitting resources across different priorities and highlight potential misalignments with our strategy
- Constantly innovate on our goal-setting and tracking processes/ tools to boost effectiveness and speed
- Drive company performance:

- Maintain a solid understanding of how the company is performing against its defined objectives
- Work with the executive team on an ongoing basis to ensure that any obstacles to achieving our targets are addressed, facilitating coordination across departments
- Identify potential areas or projects that the Strategy team can lead or support in order to achieve our objectives
- Strategic communications and events:

- Together with the CEO and the VP of Strategy develop plans for strategic events such as VP Summits and Glovo Leadership Summits, proactively proposing content
- Ensure that company strategy and objectives are adequately communicated to the rest of the organization
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- 4+ years of experience with business strategy, planning, entrepreneurship, management consulting, banking, investing, or corporate finance
- Passion for creating plans and ensuring they are successfully executed
- Ability to quickly understand and frame a wide range of problems and opportunities, identifying key questions to answer, breaking them down into practical analyses, executing such analyses correctly, and delivering practical insights/recommendations
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders (including senior leadership) across all functions and build trust
- Ability to communicate with, and logically challenge, senior stakeholders in a concise and clear manner (in writing and orally)
- Capacity to thrive under complexity. A curious mind, eager to learn and be constantly challenged
