We are looking for a purpose-oriented, creative and experienced strategic planning and reporting expert who will be material in creating oversight and reporting on developing our capabilities and understands potential capacity / capability gaps we have in our current work force in Zurich Data and Business Intelligence (referred to as “Zurich DBI” hereafter) that is engaged in creating business value across the Group. In line with our strategic direction, you are fundamental in continuously evolving our target operating model and prepare the communications throughout the Group.
You will join our ‘Data Office Team’ helping the Chief Data Officer to get a health check of his function at any time and come up with the right fact-based recommendations for e.g. capacity / capability adjustments. This is an excellent opportunity to help shaping the core function that drives getting a world class data company.

**Your role**
**As a **Strategic Planning and Reporting Expert your main responsibilities will involve**:
- Setup our Knowledge Management platform to enable capturing our and sharing lessons learned from past projects with Zurich DBI and beyond, including our internal customers
- Analyze and explain our needs for Strategic Workforce Planning
- Stay on top of current developments in the Group’s Data Strategy and continuously evolve our Target Operating Model to bring our strategic priorities to life
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key issues of our function
- Analyze and propose ideas and solutions that enables continuous Data & Analytics Capability building
- Propose and build management cockpits that visualize our organizational health such as developments in our strategic KPIs and implications for capability / capacity needs
- Stay on top of our Data & Analytics Information and Reporting, including e.g. customer satisfaction, resource cost allocation to services and products, and compliance progress tracking
- Communicate and spread out the words of our purpose and direction
**Your Skills and Experience**
**As a **Senior Enterprise Data Architect** **your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related
- Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement
- International track record with local work experience in Europe
- Planning and Reporting experience in Finance
- Fluent in English and strong people & communication and storytelling skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical, structured and interdisciplinary way of thinking and working
- Strategic thinking with equally effective execution planning, judgement, and an agile iterative mindset
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in strategy consulting
