The journey began in August 2017, when energy traders Michael Waldner and Luca Pedretti, together with software entrepreneur Florian Müller, set out to do their share in shaping the renewable energy transition.

They began to build a complete solution for renewable energy investors and operators with tools that would support the entire process: identifying opportunities and pricing energy sales contracts, executing, monitoring and managing renewable energy revenues and risks, contracts and complex portfolios in post subsidy markets.

**The **R**ole**

How will you help?
- **Data hygiene.** Oversee data quality within marketing systems (Pardot) to ensure accurate reporting, segmentation and audience targeting.
- **Prospect qualification.** Develop, monitor and continuously optimise lead scoring and grading to ensure the SDR team can prioritise the most relevant Marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- **Campaign performances.** Analyse the marketing campaign performances and funnel conversion rates, identify growth opportunities and provide practical improvement suggestions.
- **Reporting**. Build and maintain reports & dashboards to track the performances of the marketing activities and their return on investments (ROI).
- **Technology.** Administer the marketing tech stack, including implementation, feature enhancement, and usability.

What you’ll bring:

- Several years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation.
- Experience with Pardot administration experience and strong Salesforce comprehension.
- **Skills in project management**, encompassing the ability to lead initiatives and secure agreement from stakeholders. Emphasis should be placed on delivering value and solutions within a reasonable timeframe.
- **Strong analytical skills **to enable data-driven decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and enhance overall marketing efficiency.
- **Proficiency** in Marketing Operations tools is crucial, **with a specific emphasis on familiarity with Marketing Cloud and SFDC Pardot. Knowledge of other relevant tools is advantageous.
- **Possessing critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset is vital. **Being receptive to new ideas and a willingness to iterate quickly are important qualities. Enjoying the process of scoping work collectively and executing it while keeping stakeholders aligned is a prerequisite. Additionally, thinking innovatively about collaboration methods to drive progress is encouraged.
