As a
**Marketing Operations Manager** you are responsible for enabling the Marketing team with your technical expertise and experience. You will leverage, maintain and own our Marketing tech stack. Marketing automation is not just a buzzword to you and you love to turn customer insights into valuable action points.
Managing governance, administering tools and platforms, and leading projects (i.e.lead scoring and routing, implementation of marketing intelligence software) while owning our Hubspot Marketing Hub is crucial for our continuous growth. As a key member of our Revenue Operations engine you will be able to demonstrate your technical skills as well as accelerate your professional development in an ambitious and supportive environment. You will be part of a team of 5 Yokoylini, reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations.
**\uD83E\uDDD1\uD83C\uDFFD\uD83D\uDCBB What you’ll do**:
- Own and develop end-to-end processes to ensure radical alignment within the Revenue organization between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Own the marketing touch points capture and user journey tracking, work closely with the Business Intelligence to ensure consistent, high quality, integral marketing tracking, and lay foundation for the multi-touch attribution and ABM reporting.
- Work together with Growth Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure ongoing campaign creation, campaign member upload, maintenance, reporting, target audience segmentation & analysis of account/contact/lead data for the purpose of customer journey design and optimisation, remarketing, nurturing, engagement, activation and retention.
- Use data to suggest ways to improve marketing initiatives proactively
- Support the Marketing team for ad-hoc reporting requirements and strategic QBRs
- **️ What you’ll need**:
- You’re an accomplished Marketing/Revenue Operations Manager or Marketing Automation Manager with a track record owning and growing Marketing Automation campaigns, processes and tools (HubSpot Superadmin required, Salesforce is a plus)
- You have at least 2 year experience in Marketing Operations/Automation
- You have a profound knowledge of Marketing Operations for B2B SaaS
- You have a proven track record of developing and implementing Marketing Operations systems and tools from scratch to accelerate growth/demand/pipeline
- You have a positive and collaborative “can-do” approach
- You are fluent in English.
