Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel. They are looking to hire an experienced Product Marketing Operations Manager on a contract basis for an initial contract until the end of 2026, with a view to extend or convert to a permanent position.About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Operations Manager to design and run the operating system behind our clients Product Marketing function. This role focuses on building scalable processes, tools, and intelligence loops that keep GTM teams informed, aligned, and ready.You won't be responsible for crafting product messaging or content — PMMs do that. Instead, you'll create structured systems that make Product Marketing efficient and repeatable: connecting product knowledge, market signals, competitive insights, and enablement workflows across the organization. Think of this as the engine room behind PMM: orchestrating intelligence, streamlining knowledge flow, and enabling consistent commercial readiness as the portfolio grows.You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to bring order, clarity, and operational rigor. Curiosity, structured thinking, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation will be key to success.Key Duties: Product & Market Intelligence • Set up social listening and competitor tracking systems (AI-supported dashboards, signal monitoring, insights digest). • Translate external signals into actionable internal insights. • Maintain an up-to-date view of key competitors, customers, and industry developments.Enablement & Knowledge Sharing • Build frameworks for product knowledge sharing (structured updates, video briefs, searchable resources). • Produce templates, onboarding materials, and training content for GTM teams. • Manage knowledge hubs and enablement repositories for easy access.GTM Motions & Cross-Functional Coordination • Support GTM planning, launches, and readiness milestones. • Set structured cadences and communication flows between PMM, Product, and Sales. • Help teams prioritize and follow through on GTM initiatives for greater execution clarity.AI-Enabled PMM Efficiency • Use AI tools to automate research, content repurposing, and workflow optimization. • Help PMMs and GTM teams adopt AI for productivity and insight-generation. • Continuously identify opportunities to scale delivery and reduce manual effort.Performance & Feedback Loops • Establish adoption metrics for enablement and intelligence resources. • Gather field feedback and iterate on systems accordingly. • Support PMM in data-driven decision-making and GTM process improvement.What we are looking for Experience • 4–7 years in a Product Marketing, GTM Ops, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Marketing Operations, or similar role. • Experience building internal systems, cadences, or structured GTM workflows. • Ability to quickly assimilate product information and repurpose it across channels. • Experience and knowledge of modern Marketing tools and systems.Skills & Mindset • Strong project management and systems thinking skills. • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner. • Calm, organized, and comfortable driving clarity in ambiguity. • Curious about market trends and competitive movements. • Skilled at using AI to enhance work — not necessarily a technical automation expert. • Thrives behind the scenes enabling others to succeed.
