Actualmente seleccionamos **ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant**, para incorporarse a una compañia cuya actividad principal se centra en digitalizar procesos de negocio.
**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:
- This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical implementations to ensure customers are successfully implemented.
- Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
- Application UI Configuration.
- Workflow Configuration.
- Development of required client specific reporting.
- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, Webservices etc).
- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2+ years working in the ServiceNow platform.
- Working experience in any module like CSM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps, ITOM, HRSD will be preferred.
- Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT is beneficial.
- Experience of WebServices is beneficial, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL is beneficial.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies is beneficial.
- Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Spanish, English will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Proven team player and team builder.
- Desirable: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or CSM, ITBM, HRSD and ITOM.
