We are looking for a Senior Servicenow Consultant to work on a stable project with an indefinite contract, in a hybrid format (1 day in the office per week).
** Requirements**
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM: More than 5 years working with ServiceNow ITSM: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Self-service Portal.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development: Workflow development, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, Service Portal, App Engine, JavaScript (intermediate/advanced level)
- Integrations: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
- Extensive knowledge of CMDB Configuration Management and Asset Management processes.
- Ability to analyze, design and implement ITSM solutions aligned with clients' business processes.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering sessions with clients.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- **Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). (Essential requirement)**
**Valuable Aspects**
- Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ITIL Good Practices: ITIL v3 or v4 (ITIL Foundation Certification).
**Work modality**
- Hybrid (Maximum 1 day in person per week in the Pozuelo area)
- Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday and summer hours from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- SBA: €53,000-€56,000
