Talent Acquisition-UK Delivery at Ubique SystemsJob Requirements:We are looking for a proactive, motivated Senior Technical Consultant with strong leadership capabilities and solid real‑world project experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM), with additional experience in Field Service Management (FSM) considered a significant advantage. This role requires excellent communication skills in both French and English and the ability to operate effectively within multilingual, cross‑functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Design, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules.Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and presentations fluently in both French and English.Lead end‑to‑end solution design, ensuring alignment to best practices and long‑term platform strategy.Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and platform optimization.Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure high‑quality delivery.Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous growth.Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to enhance solution delivery.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant or similar technical consulting role.Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM; working experience with FSM is highly desirable.Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal).Proven client‑facing, communication, and presentation abilities.Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS – ITSM, CSM, FSM) are preferred.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Strong problem‑solving abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a proactive mindset.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ubique Systems by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
