Ensure ICT local business needs are understood and brought to the Global IT CoE, to define solutions that meet both global and local needs. - Act as primary point of contact for local Leaders with reference to ICT matters. - Act as business partner towards Country business leaders, analysing and understanding business requirements, liaising with Global ICT Geographies, Head and Global IT CoE to define appropriate answers, looking for harmonization and standardization of IT solution across the company. - Align local ICT components to the GICT Reference Book and promote a global mindset and approach in local projects. - Govern the IT Budgeting process for the Affiliate, according to Global Finance guidelines and to the modus operandi agreed with Global ICT Geographies, Head. - Ensure, through the Team managed, that local Projects portfolio is managed coherently with budget and plans defined, facilitating information sharing across the area managed. - Ensure that local ICT organization is efficiently and effectively designed and sized, according to local business requirements and complexity. - Promote continuous professional development for local ICT teams. Ensure local resources positively contribute to global projects through the "Project by Network" initiative. - Facilitate, through the team managed, the dialogue between local and global Process Owners to ensure that local issues and related solutions are managed in compliance with Global Templates. - Cooperate with Global Service Delivery Team to promotethe continuousimprovement of the support services towards the countries. - Contribute to the definition of GICT Strategic Plan.
