The **Country Manager** **(ESP)** will be responsible for new billings growth in the Spanish market. The Country Manager is responsible for growing the Hostinger business and coordinating/carrying out business development, advertising sales with direct partners and through media agencies, product ideas and localization. Also working closely with the Marketing team to build the most relevant strategies for the market, while being Hostinger’s authorized spokesperson.
**The role**:
- Be responsible for the success of the company in Spain;
- Create and execute a local marketing plan, including monitoring targets aligned with overall goals;
- Talk with our clients, help us to provide the best user experience possible;
- Seek for new marketing channels possibilities in a particular country;
- Coach other country managers and help them to achieve the results in theirs markets;
- Maintain an exceptional image of organization in social media;
- Use data to your support your intuition and make decisions;
- Work with the content team on improving tutorials;
- Manage and maintain partnerships with media partners in a particular country;
- Adapt created content to the particular country market and ensure a clean copy;
- Coordinate local PR execution;
- Provide feedback and industry-specific insights for global teams.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or other related fields;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the digital/online industry;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill is a must;
- You are Tech Savvy: you pick up new technology quickly;
- You are a great communicator, with the ability to talk with clients and other partners;
- Real passion for helping clients solve complex business and marketing questions;
- You can work as a part of the team, and independently and prioritize multiple projects.
