**Country Manager, Automotive Solutions - Remote - Spain**
**We are hiring at ASE Global for a Country Manager to join the team in Spain**
The successful Country Manager will provide a dedicated service to current and future Franchise and Retailer clients within the automotive market. The Country Manager will build and grow and nurture strong client relationships, by providing ASE solutions to both current and potential Franchise and Retailer clients. The Country Manager will work closely with the respective Brand Directors in the delivery of ASE's services for those Franchises that are managed at a European or Global level but will have complete responsibility for those Franchises that are managed on a market only basis.

Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
**What your day will look like**:
- Contributes directly to the company's growth and diversification effort relationships that result in the delivery of additional ASE solutions for the designated client
- Delivering with the support of a team office expands
- Develop a suite of consulting
- Interact with clients to provide consulting advice, design and present service proposals, negotiate agreements, renew contracts, assist with decision making and manage client expectations
- Maintain effective communications with ASE Directors, Brand Directors and the New Business Development Teams to ensure proper alignment of company resources with the client's needs
- Work with ASE Directors, Brand Directors and the New Business Development Team establish on-going strategic plans and business goals for the designated client.
- Assesses competitive conditions and include within monthly reports assessments and recommendations to the Executive Board regarding existing product improvements and new product specifications necessary to: (a) maintain “best product” status, (b) satisfy client requirements
- Recruit, train and develop the ASE market team automotive skills around Business Management, Composite reporting practice.
- Manage the administration of the market office (premises, office, financial reporting, meeting legislative reporting requirements and staff as required
- Monthly reporting into the Executive Board - focusing on performance against corporate and regional objectives, business development activity, tender and revenue growth opportunities, client networking and competitor activity.
**About You**:
- At least 5 years plus relevant work experience within a similar position is essential
- Must have at least a business degree or other non-technical degree (or equivalent) with demonstrated analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop client relationships that result in continuous business and the renewal of long-term contracts
- Knowledge of automotive industry, including current trends, competition, and client operations
- Ability to manage complex or multiple projects and to motivate people to ensure satisfied clients and profitability
- Excellent communication skills necessary to build consensus and resolve difficult situations diplomatically
- Written communication skills necessary to develop effective proposals and complex documents
- Presentation skills required to enable the development and delivery of formal presentations and the ability to convey ideas persuasively to both internal and external customers
- Sales and business development skills
- Strong negotiation skills required to engage in formal negotiations
- Ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles to proposed solutions and to obtain buy-in of proposed solutions from impacted stakeholders
- The desire and ability to learn quickly and work within a complex and challenging technical environment
- An attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Spanish and have at least a professional level of English both written and verbal is essential
- Legally authorized to work in Spain
