- Workplace: Hybrid Position- Location: Algete, ES, 28110- Contract Type: Full-Time- Working Hours: 40- Employment Type: Apprenticeship / TraineeEl estudiante en beca va a realizar su formación dentro del departamento de proyectos de la división de Industria, donde conocerá el mundo de la Industria con las aplicaciones más habituales donde se necesitan soluciones de bombeo, para control de temperatura, refrigeración o calefacción, tratamiento de agua, procesos industriales, de limpieza, etc.

El departamento de proyectos de Grundfos da soporte a nível Europeo y oferta y ejecuta los proyectos de los clientes que requieren un apoyo técnico y de gestión más dedicado.

A día de hoy, cada vez más clientes de Grundfos tienen proyectos cuyos requisitos técnicos y contractuales son de mayor envergadura, por lo que Grundfos no ofrece solo bombas, sino una solución y un apoyo técnico y documental global.

Las principales funciones del departamento son:

- Ejecutar los contratos de proyectos según lo acordado, maximizando la calidad, minimizando el plazo y los costes.
- Elaboración de documentación técnica, informes, de calidad para la gestión de proyectos.
- Representar a Grundfos y proporcionar información de las ventajas de nuestros productos y ofrecer la mejor solución técnica.
- Entender las necesidades de los clientes
- Supervisar los subcontratistas y a las fábricas Grundfos.
- Trabajar con el equipo de control de crédito para garantizar los cobros de facturas.
- Resolver incidencias/no conformidades de los clientes

El estudiante en beca se formaría en un ámbito profesional cada vez más solicitado en el mercado, aprendiendo habilidades técnicas y organizativas. En particular, las funciones en las que podría involucrarse con más detalle son:

- Conocimiento de las distintas fases en las que se compone un proyecto
- Revisión de los puntos fundamentales en un contrato o realización de oferta
- Check points en ejecución de proyectos
- Elaboración de documentación de proyectos para facilitar seguimiento y satisfacción del cliente
- Trabajar con el entorno SAP PS (módulo de proyectos dentro del SAP) y SAP CRM (modulo de gestión de clientes en SAP)

Habilidades que debe tener la persona para este puesto:

- Manejo alto del paquete de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point)
- Inglés nível alto es imprescindible, ya que el departamento da soporte a nível europeo
- Francés nível medio sería un punto a destacar
- Capacidades organizativas
