**HR Generalist Technician**
**HHRR and Law Direction**
The HHRR Direction is composed by 2 main departments: The Labour Relations unit and the Professional Development

unit. We are seeking a mixed profile with knowledge and experience in HHRR departments, with capacity and motivation

to work in both specialties and with a comprehensive vision of people management

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications:

Degree or Grade related to HR (Labour Relations or Psychology preferred)Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development,

employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations, preferred.

**Experience and knowledge:

- **

2+ years of HR experience (proven experience in administrative labour relations procedures, training and

selection is essential).Detailed understanding of common Human Resources concepts, systems, and regulations/laws.Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills to effectively work

with a variety of people and personalities.Experience effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously without continuous direction.Fluent command of Catalan, Spanish and English.Proficient Excel / Word & Outlook skills
