We want to grow our Customer Experience team with a new agent who wants to be part of this amazing project. Keep reading if you want to know more

**What would you do**:

- Onboarding new clients to our platform
- Support our clients through their journey with us, ensuring their satisfaction with the product
- Propose new tools and functionalities to the existing clients
- Coordinate internal teams to solve any doubt
- CRM system management

**What we are looking for**:

- You will be the face of our clients, so we expect good communications skills
- English and Spanish is a must
- Problem solving oriented
- Ability to work under deadlines
- No previous experience is required in the field but will be a plus if you know the hospitality industry
- Based in sunny island of Mallorca

Civitfun Hospitality offers everything you need to manage check-in and check-out processes at your hotel.

We are the leading company in guest management digitalization, providing all the necessary tools to improve the experience for guests on arrival at hotels and rental apartments.

Our mission is to digitalise all the processes that are done by the hotel reception, from collecting all the needed documents for the check-in, tax payment, choosing a room or upgrading it and making the check out with the needed minibar or extras payments.

What we have developed is an online Check-in software that is integrated with the project management system of the hotel, this allows all the information included by the guest to be directly in the hotel program.
