**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Campaign Management**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to align messaging and creative elements with campaign objectives.

Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet KPIs.
- ** Traffic Optimization**:
Analyze traffic data and identify areas for improvement in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.

Implement A/B testing, SEO, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to enhance website traffic and performance.

Manage traffic flow across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand experience.
- ** Performance Reporting**:
Track and report on digital traffic performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor key metrics and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Present findings to internal stakeholders and offer data-driven suggestions for improvement.
- ** Collaboration and leadership**:
Work closely with international and local teams as well as external agencies to coordinate traffic strategies and digital initiatives.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, and proactively suggest new initiatives for traffic growth.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or traffic management roles.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Spanish or other languages is a plus
