Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning was established on October 1st, 2015 as a joint venture between Hitachi Appliances, Inc. (now Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc.) and Johnson Controls, Inc. Hitachi Appliances carved out and contributed its air conditioning business to the Joint Venture. Johnson Controls acquired a 60% stake of the carved-out business and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. continues as a 40% shareholder of this venture.

With this joint venture, two rich, 100-year-old cultures and histories have come together to create one exciting new company, serving our combined customers with the most diverse product portfolio in the air conditioning industry.

For our Vacarisses Plant, in Barcelona, we are looking for a:
**Regional Engineering Leader**:
**What you will do**

Regional engineer provides quality oversight and technical guidance for validation of manufacturing equipment, facilities and utility systems and computer automated systems.

**How you will do it**

Highlight the main responsibilities:

- To assist with resolution of process and equipment problems
- Conducts evaluation, selection, engineering and network design of data and digital telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, fiber optic cables, digital switching systems and related peripherals
- Provides input regarding the evaluation, selection and procurement of fiber optic transmission, routers, switches and other network equipment
- Requires good technical skills involved in complex system performance, interconnection, design, transmission, equipment, or traffic analysis and support activities
- May have responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of company-owned facilities, buildings, and transmitters
- Deploy and manage the Brand Power Model
- Facilitate the strategic brand planning process with the client team and align cross functional teams around the brand direction
- Work with the client team on development of the integrated marketing plan
- Support the CMM team on development of model positioning's and bring that thinking into the communications process
- Identify and develop signatures initiatives across the brand experience outside of communications

**What we are looking for**

Engineering (industrial or mechanical or electronic) + Master

Min 10 years similar experience
