FYB MANAGER

Reports to: GENERAL MANAGER

Responsible for: Develop an excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

- Education in: Luxury Hospitality - Fine Dining
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Languages: English - Professional Level + Spanish - Professional Level

Other languages are highly valued (French, German, Russian, Arabic)

Principal Scope and Purpose of Job:
Manage and coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction for local and global guests

Foster a commitment to company's values and create an environment of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver a memorable gastronomic journey

Qualifications:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to provide exceptional, detail-oriented service in a luxury setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with company's philosophy and standards

Lead a dynamic team to provide personalized service while supporting the business's strategic vision and maintaining operational excellence

Operational Responsibilities:
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the restaurants

Develop and maintain high service standards, proactively analyzing and improving processes

Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth

Lead by example, delivering personalized and attentive service to exceed guest expectations

Support the creation of innovative tools and strategies to enhance team communication and customer engagement

Take initiative in addressing and resolving challenges to ensure service excellence

Financial Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of a sustainable business strategy in collaboration with senior management

Oversee budgets, labor costs, and service standards, aligning with financial targets

Analyze service performance metrics and implement solutions to improve profitability without compromising quality
