Tax Manager and Technician

Join our
**Axa Partners team as a Tax Manager and Technician in the Finance Departmen**t We are looking for a passionate and highly competent professional to be in charge of tax settlement, as well as to identify tax risks and opportunities in line with our business.

The Tax Manager and Technician will be in charge of the tax management of two large companies, one Insurance and one Services, both belonging to an advanced VAT tax consolidation group whose head of group is IPA Sucursal in Spain. On the other hand, you will handle the tax reports with the central area of Axa Partners (transfer pricing and possible doubts).

**The main tasks of this position are**:

- Analysis and realization of the Corporate Taxes of all the companies of the Ipa Group Spain.
- Analysis and realization of the Ipa Spain Group Company Tax Instalments.
- Analysis and calculation of annual VAT pro-rata for IPA SUCURSAL insurance company.
- Preparation of Consolidated Group VAT Tax Report.
- Transfer Pricing Report for the IPA Spain group/ Analysis and preparation of the annual mapping of intra-group operations/ Joint review of the final report with Cuatrecasas.
- Preparation and sending to the Tax team of AXA Seguros, head of the group in IS, of all the documentation required by the parent company in relation to the subsidiaries of the IPA Spain group.
- Appeals before the AEAT, relations with the Tax Authorities, Collection, Management and Inspection bodies.
- Relationship with external Cuatrecasas tax advisors. We have the support of tax advisors for technical doubts or tax strategy.
- Relationship with the Axa Partners and AXA Insurance Tax Central team, with whom we consolidate tax matters.
- Tax advice to the areas of the company

**Your Profile**

**You are perfect for this position if you meet the following requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in tax management and tax filing, preferably in the insurance or services field.
- Advanced knowledge of tax regulations, especially in taxes such as VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Ability to identify tax risks and opportunities, as well as to propose efficient solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to argue, with well-founded and reasoned criteria, when solving problems.
- Ability to develop a reasonable critical sense of tax regulations and practice.
- Proactive, with the ability to improve processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced level of English for communication with the group.
