We are now seeking for a **Senior IoT Connectivity - Planning and Delivery manager **that will be playing a key role within the IoT Connectivity Product and Platform Engineering to ensure the management, optimisation & evolution of ideas and demand coming from IoT Line of Business (LOB), VBPS and various stakeholder ccountable for ensuring pipeline of work is shaped, reviewed and prioritised according to the capacity of the IoT Connectivity teams required to progress delivery of the product / platform strategy, as well as leading and supporting the operational planning, development, implementation and communication of IoT connectivity processes and strategy, including transformation initiatives, team communications, partnering with external teams and stakeholders to manage all team expenditure.
**The role of has the following responsibilities**:
- Definition of best processes and procedures across IoT Connectivity to serve our business need, both in terms of agility, cost efficiency by leading and supporting the operational planning, development, implementation and communication of IoT connectivity processes and strategy, including transformation initiatives, team communications, KPI development and reporting. partnering with external teams and stakeholders to manage all team expenditure
- Support IoT Connectivity transformation journey as well as cross functional projects.
- Responsible for ensuring ideas and demand requirements are shaped and assessed and moved through the workflow, with the correct resource allocated to progress to definition of ready.
- Creation of the IoT network & platform economics to enable IoT platform competiveness (understanding platform capability/competiveness and cost efficiency).
- Supporting the IoT insourcing programme, by working closely with HR and vertical leads, with a focus on Malaga as primary location.
