**HR & Legal Coordinator - Your future position?**

An active member of the Human Resources team, coordinating and providing efficient HR support to the HR function and the business regarding execution and administration of Key HR policies and processes according to business needs, corporate guidelines and local policies. Support the Company manager in his/her duties, according to our policies and local requirement regarding Compliance, data protection, social responsibility charity.

You will be based in Sant Celoni, Spain (on-site role) and you will report directly to the HR Director.

The position is open with a temporary contract, with the purpose of become regular in September.

**In this exciting role you will**:
**HR management coordination**:

- Coordinate HR activities in talent acquisition processes, onboarding & training
- Be a point of reference and provide advice of own domains of activity
- Lead small projects in own domain of activity or act as project team member in cross functional projects.
- Develop and implement solutions based on sound understanding of business context and company policies and processes.

**Administration support**:

- Provide efficient HR administrative service and support in compliance with legal, fiscal and other employment requirements (LISMI, IGUALDAD, etc )
- Maintain through knowledge of HR polices and processes and advice HR team as requested.
- With guidance, provide advice based on sound understanding of organisation’s polices, processes and practices.
- Perform office duties: type documents, perform filing, update computer records (legal queries, donations )

**Employee relations**:

- Be a first contact point for employees, managers and external contacts to provide information, follow-up or refer people to appropriate resource
- With guidance, inform and advice managers and employees about relevant legislation, employee relations policies and practices

**Process and data**:

- Process and report on employee data and other HR data using HR systems
- Maintain employee information that meets the organisation’s legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses
- Complete routine controls and analysis using available HR systems
- Back up of PY Officer to run monthly payroll
- File and retrieve documents, conduct research and analyse data to prepare legal reports and documents

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations or/and further studies in Human Resources.
- 1 or more years experience in HR position
- Fluency in Spanish and English
