We are looking for a **Client Operations Manager (German-speaking)** to join a fast-growing and people-centric company in Barcelona with a flexible and supportive culture. In this key leadership role, you will oversee large-scale operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients—all within a flexible and supportive work environment.

**Your main responsibilities**
- ** Manage client projects** from end to end, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- ** Lead and develop operational teams**, mentoring managers and fostering a high-performance, solution-focused culture.
- ** Optimize performance and profitability** by overseeing financials, managing budgets, and implementing efficiency improvements.
- ** Strengthen client relationships** by ensuring service excellence and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
