**Global Operational Excellence Manager**

Lean Management & Innovation (LM&I) at Global Shared Services (GBS) drives continuous improvement and innovation, trains the leaders and employees, ensures simple and lean process across the organization, and delivers tangible & sustainable business results. The incumbent is a key member of the global LM&I team in driving LM&I global scope.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in driving GBS OE program and GBS Efficiency to increase effectiveness and efficiencies across the organization.
- Engage key stakeholders and collaborate with senior leaders, leadership teams and people at various levels in complex operations and end-to-end processes globally in continuous improvement in GBS and provide OE services across Bayer.
- Lead global OE initiatives across end-to-end functional areas or centers, focus on business priorities and major process gaps, identify & prioritize efficiency projects pipelines and drive implementation.
- Serve as lead trainer for Black Belt training, Green Belt training sponsorship training and other Lean Six Sigma trainings, develop training materials, conduct trainings, train and coach other junior trainers.
- Drive OE community concept implementation, activate OE community and build embedded Lean capabilities.
- Consult and coach strategic or complex improvement projects to ensure business value realization in revenue, working capital, customer experience, cost savings or quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Lean Six Sigma **Master Black Belt**:

- Bachelor or master degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration, or any other relevant field
- More than 5 years experience in service center or supply chain operations with thorough understanding of end-to-end business process, such as S2P, supply chain, finance or accounting
- Proven capability as **lead trainer **in developing and conducting **Black Belt and Green Belt trainings**, developing junior trainers and coaching certification projects
- Capable to train, coach and work with leaders and people on Lean Six Sigma across all levels cross-functionally and multi-culturally in matrix organization
- Experienced in working and coaching senior leaders on continuous improvement
- Strong in both strategic thinking and planning as well as operational execution
- Strong accountability in managing program / project, achieving stretched business targets
- Good communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders to drive results.
