**You bring with you**:

- A completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in a comparable position with management responsibility of at least 3 years as well as good knowledge in the Food & Beverage area or Rooms Division
- Flexibility in dealing with changes and challenges and hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and Spanish
- Good written and spoken English

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Management and coordination of the operational areas
- Participation in the preparation of the annual budget and monitoring of the financial key figures
- Co-responsibility for the operating result incl. quality control, offer design and sales activities
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with Hapimag quality standards
- Assisting in the management, control and development of the entire team
