- Perform accounting, analysis, presentation and reporting

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting negotiations with vendor companies, organizing written and verbal contracts and following up the contracts and specifications approved by the Controller and Resort Manager.
- Evaluating material requests, obtaining quotations from three different companies, analyzing the quality and price of the incoming quotations and, when necessary, discussing the results obtained with the department manager who made the request.
- Ensuring that the selected products are of a standard and quality to meet user needs.
- Preparing order letters for the offers deemed suitable for purchase and submitting them to the approval of the Department Manager, Controller and Resort Manager.
- Notifying the approved orders to the relevant companies in writing and following up the orders to ensure that they arrive on time.
- To develop our commercial relations by meeting with company officials and representatives.
- To find alternative companies that can supply materials above the Company's quality and standards and thus increase diversity by preventing company dependencies.
- To ensure that all kinds of reports are prepared accurately and on time.
