Se busca la vacante de Sales Manager para un prestigioso hotel resort en la zona de Marbella.

**Funciones**:

- Captación de nuevos clientes (MICE, grupos y Leasure) para realizar eventos en el hotel.
- Presupuestos y seguimientos de clientes.
- Gestión de leads y atención a clientes para maximizar el revenue.
- Coordinación y supervisión de los eventos.
- Asistencia a ferias del sector.
- Enlace con el departamento de Marketing para crear campañas efectivas de generación de
leads y garantizar una imagen consistente y sólida del Hotel con todos los socios /
plataformas contratadas.
- Preparar informes de ventas regulares y actualizaciones para la alta gerencia.
- Compromiso de ofrecer un alto nível de servicio al cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa de 5 a 10 años en el departamento de ventas.
- Estudios en Turismo, Sales, Marketing o Comercial
- Talento para la creatividad y el emprendimiento.
- Experiência en roles similares en resorts de lujo en Europa e Internacional.
- Fluido en español e inglés. Se valorarán positivamente otros idiomas.
- Flexibilidad para viajar
- Disponer de carnet de conducir.

- Horario: 9h - 17:30h (se valora flexibilidad horaria)
- Contrato indefinido
- SBA: 45K + 20% variable

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Sueldo: Hasta 45.000,00€ al año
