**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Field Service Technician** to join our dynamic team. After a comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for the **installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance** of hand tools and semi
- and fully-automatic **strapping and wrapping machines** at customer sites across Spain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Install and commission industrial packaging machines and tools at customer locations.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide on-site training and support to customers for optimal machine use.
- Collaborate with the back office and technical service team for planning, parts, and technical documentation.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites in **Portugal and Italy**.
**Your Profile**:
- Degree or vocational training in a **technical field** (mechanical or electrical preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar **field service or technical support** role.
- Strong **mechanical skills**; electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent **problem-solving** abilities and a **customer-oriented** mindset.
- Proficient in **English** (spoken and written); Spanish or Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Comfortable using **MS Office** and basic digital tools.
