Duty Sales Manager

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become a Duty Manager for our offices in Madrid. The person will be responsible for Achieving branch sales targets, Leading a succesfull sales team, upkeeping of our Branch standards and assure 100% compliance for their area.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the foreign exchange market.
- Ensure staff maximise the full potential in each transaction.
- Identify business opportunities within their area
- Comprehend and adhere to compliance obligations, Anti-Money Laundering and all company policies
- Demonstrate commitment to continuing education and knowledge of foreign exchange industry in general
- Perform all other reasonable duties as requested by the General Manager of the country.
**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years experience managing staff in a Retail enviroment.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written in English and Spanish
- Team oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships
- Decision making, organizational and time management skills - with attention to detail
- A tenacious approach; and possess a positive attitude toward and ability to effectively adapt to change
- A high degree of self-motivation, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Foreign Exchange Experience a Plus.
**Salary**: From 2,000.00€ per month
