The Commercial Controlling is responsible for the monitoring, analysis, planning support and control of all the brands financials from volume to product contribution. He/ she manage a team of 4 people, 3 of them direct reports, ensuring and added value partnership with the marketing team to ensure the profit optimization and brand financials visibility that allows to make the right operational and strategic decisions.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead, grow, and develop a strong contry Commercial Finance team to ensure effective controlling policies and practices and effective financial support to the business
- Establish appropriate understanding and awareness of financial performance indicators within the organization
- Supervises monthly closing. Balance sheet, financial statements, financial reports requested by the management team and the group. Create P&L by Brand, allocate production costs to the products, marketing investment by brand and stocks control
- Leads and coordinates planning process through the year: sell in forecasting by Brand, GM calculation, marketing investment and full P&L consolidation and analytics
- Reporting to Area: Monthly closing and planning
- Analysis of financial results: Analyse profitability per brand, marketing investment ROI & new launches
- Define and design policies to improve business'results
- Guarantee that guidelines, policies and procedures coming from Global are followed at local level

**US Additional requirements**:

- Business School with Finance and Accounting major
- 2-3 years audit in a big 4
- 3 years of commercial finance experience in an FMCG Company
- The business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
